Soil Stabilization is the alteration of soils to enhance their physical properties. Stabilization can increase the shear strength of a soil and/or control the shrink-swell properties of a soil, thus improving the load-bearing capacity of a sub-grade to support pavements and foundations.

Environmental excavation | remediation deals with the removal of pollution or contaminants from environmental media such as soil, groundwater, sediment, or surface water. Once requested by the government or a land remediation authority, immediate action should be taken as this can impact negatively on human health and the environment.
An environmental emergency can occur when people’s health and/or significant damage to the ecosystem is at risk due to the release of hazardous and noxious substances like an oil spill or a chemical accident.
NM Special Waste Bureau
EnviroWorks has a fleet of trucks that are registered with the NM Special Waste Bureau for hauling almost any type of Waste.
Hazardous waste must be packaged and transported in accordance with strict procedures and guidelines, while disposal must be coordinated and managed in properly permitted Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDF). A combination of specialized personnel, processes, and equipment is designed to safely transport and dispose of virtually any waste type, in any quantity.

When planning the construction or expansion of a landfill it is essential to properly consider the various factors involved. Landfills must be constructed in a manner that meets strict regulations and specifications, and in most instances, they need to be completed on a demanding schedule.
Contamination Treatment
System installs are used on sites that are contaminated or have been contaminated, to treat the contamination and/or monitor the area.
An on-site treatment system uses natural processes to treat and dispose of the sewage or wastewater from buildings where central wastewater collection is not available. A typical onsite system includes a septic tank and a disposal field that work together to treat the wastewater.
Water Containment And Flow
This is usually done on a site where there is deep excavation below the water table. We contain the water as we dig and usually fill the space with gravel so the water flow is not obstructed when we backfill with clean dirt.
Dewatering is the artificial means of removing excess groundwater from the soil for the favorable conditions of any construction. It aims at lowering the groundwater level for pre-drainage of soil, control of groundwater, and improve the physical properties of soil.
Site Decontamination
Courthouse in Santa Fe. The basement, where the parking garage was supposed to go, ended up being contaminated with an old fuel spill. EnviroWorks came in and helped demo the old building that was there, and decontaminated the site.
A precursor to the majority of dismantling and demolition projects is the requirement for decontamination and cleaning. Structures and components must be clean and free of any materials, products, or residues that could affect health, safety, or the environment.
Certified HDPE
On-site treatment installs new landfills or old sites that have to be monitored. We have several certified HDPE Welders on staff.
HDPE is the most widely used geomembrane in the world. HDPE is an excellent product for large applications that require UV and Ozone resistance, chemical resistance, or high-quality installations.
(USTs) Tank Pull
EnviroWorks is certified to pull old tanks, both aboveground and underground. We dispose of the tanks properly, test for any contamination in the surrounding soil, and backfill them with clean dirt.
